္၍҅ߧɢਗ਼Άุٟึப΂ࡡۆፄɝ˚੬༶Ъʕd The EAA is committed to integrating corporate social responsibility
މٟਜܵᚃ೯࢝Ъ্̈ᘠf০࿁ٟਜeᐑྤʿʈЪ (“CSR”) principles into our daily operations and contributing to the
ఙהഃ˴ࠅΆุٟึப΂ᇍᖚdѩʊॶɝЇ͉҅ה sustainable development of the community. Key CSR aspects such
Ϟᐄ༶ӔഄʿྼਕʕfࠅၪܵЪމج֛ዚ࿴ᏐϞٙ as community, environment and workplace, are integrated into all
ԄλΆุٟึப΂dϞ፠Ό᜗္၍҅ϓࡰٙрɢf our operational decisions and practices. Maintaining good CSR
practices that align with our role as a statutory body involves
everyone at the EAA.

ਞၾฉഛݺਗ Charity participation
މᗫᕿࢮැ໊ٟʿٟึɪϞცࠅٙɛɻd္၍҅Ό To show our care to the underprivileged and those in need, the
ɢ˕ܵ࠰ಥʮूږהᑘ፬ٙᘪಛݺਗ€ܼ̍jʮूک EAA supported various fund-raising activities (e.g. Dress Casual Day,
؂˚eʮूฌ˫˚eʮूБഛ˜ұ™࠮˚ഃ˸ʿڗ Love Teeth Day, Skip Lunch Day, etc.) and an elderly visit organised
٫ઞஞݺਗf by the Hong Kong Community Chest.

To show our care to the underprivileged
and those in need, the EAA staff actively
participated various fund-raising activities
organised by the Hong Kong Community
Chest (e.g. Dress Casual Day etc.) to
maintain corporate social responsibility.

ڡϋ೯࢝ Youth development

౼ಂྼ୦ࠇྌ Summer internship programme
္၍҅މɽኪ͛౤Զ౼ಂྼ୦ᔖЗfίމಂՇࡈ˜ The EAA offered internship placements to university students in the
ٙࠇྌʕdྼ୦͛ϞዚึၾʔΝٙਖ਼ุɛɻආБʝ summer. During the 2-month programme, the interns had the
ਗʿ՟੻ྼყʈЪ຾᜕f઺ኪ޴ڗd˴၍ࡁ͵̙੽ opportunity to interact with different professionals and get hands-
ܸኬอɓ˾ʕᐏ՟຾᜕f on working experience. The supervisors also gained experience in
coaching the new generation.
