Verification of Electronic Licence

For individual licences (i.e. salesperson’s licences and estate agent’s (individual) licences) granted/renewed on or after 6 June 2024, licence in electronic format will be made available at the e-Services account of the respective licensee for him/her to download. This page is provided for the purpose of facilitating employers and/or members of the public to authenticate the electronic licence of a licensee through either uploading the electronic licence or using a designated verification code.

Please note that the information obtained / shown in the verification process should not be used for the purpose other than the above-mentioned.

To start the verification process:
Step (1): Enter "Licence No." and "Licence Expiry Date" of the licensee concerned.
Step (2): Choose verification method: either upload "Electronic Licence" or enter "Verification Code" (to be provided by the licensee concerned).
Step (3): Select the method for obtaining a one-time password (OTP) code to proceed to verification:
Step (0): "Email" – enter your email address; OR
Step (0): "SMS" – enter your mobile phone number
Step (0): Then click "Generate OTP Code" (Please note that your contact information would neither be made public nor stored in our system.)
Step (4): Enter the "OTP Code" received and click the "Validate" button.
