licences, a decrease of 4.8% compared to that of the

࿚Ї2018ϋ3˜31˚dࡈɛ೐๫ٙᐼᅰމ38,687ࡈd As at 31 March 2018, the total number of individual licences
݊Ϟߏ፽˸Ըٙอ৷d༰̘ϋΝಂɪʺ3.5%fί reached a record high of 38,687, an increase of 3.5% over that of
38,687ΤܵϞࡈɛ೐๫ٙɛɻʕd20,933ɛܵϞᐄ the previous year. Among the 38,687 individual licences, 20,933
ุࡰ೐๫d17,754ɛܵϞήପ˾ଣ€ࡈɛ೐๫f were salesperson’s licences and 17,754 were estate agent’s licences
(individual).

ʮ̡೐๫ʿᐄุ༉ઋႭ׼ࣣٙᅰͦ͵௴อ৷dʱй The number of company licences and SPOBs also reached new
༺3,624ࡈʿ6,849ࡈd ༰2017ϋ3˜31˚ʱйɪ heights, respectively at 3,624 and 6,849, representing an increase
ʺ6.2%ʿ4.2%f of 6.2% and 4.2% over those of 31 March 2017.
