Termination Policy on Handling Enquiries
The EAA welcomes enquiries from the public. However, if an enquirer uses foul or abusive language, we will cease handling the relevant enquiry in order to ensure efficient use of our resources.
Telephone Enquiries
In the event a caller uses foul or abusive language during a telephone conversation with any of our staff members, the caller will be informed once that the call will be terminated if he/she continues to use such language. If the caller continues to use such language, our staff member will invite the caller to put the matter in writing and terminate the call.
Written Enquiries
The EAA will not reply to any written enquiry with foul or abusive words.
