Corporate Governance

In order to foster public confidence in the EAA and for the best

interests of its stakeholders, the EAA attaches great importance

to achieving high standards of corporate governance and a high

level of accountability, credibility, fairness and transparency in

discharging its duties under the Estate Agents Ordinance (“EAO”).
