Activity Content	Introduction to the requirements of the new Practice Circular (No. 24-01 (CR)) issued by the Estate Agents Authority on good and effective competition practices in relation to charging of commission and offering of incentives.
Learning Outcome	Upon completion of the webinar, licensees will acquire a basic understanding of how to adopt good and effective competition practices in relation to charging of commission for transactions of sale and purchase and letting of properties, as well as offering of incentives (if any) to purchasers in the sale of first-hand residential properties.
Remark	For licensees whose licences have been attached with a condition requiring them to attend and complete activities under the EAA CPD Scheme “Compliance and Effective Management” category by way of seminars or lectures only and thereby acquire a certain number of CPD points within a certain period of time (“CPD Condition”), please note that the CPD points acquired from any Webinars/Online Training Classes will NOT be counted as fulfilling the above CPD Condition.。
