Integrity Management Programme for the Estate Agency Trade - Brief Outline
As the public count on the expertise and professional advice of estate agents in buying, selling, leasing or renting properties, the Estate Agents Authority (EAA) attaches great importance to enhancing the integrity of practitioners in the trade. The EAA and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) launched a three-year integrity programme to strengthen the professional ethics of estate agency managers and frontline staff, and to promote cooperation and create interactive synergy among the EAA, ICAC and the estate agency trade, thus enhancing the culture of integrity and promoting the professional development of the estate agency trade.

We would like to introduce to you the services of Corruption Prevention Advisory Service (CPAS), which provides free, confidential and tailormade advice to private sector organisations on corruption prevention controls in areas such as procurement, inventory control and staff administration, etc. The CPAS maintains a user-friendly web portal for sharing of corruption prevention knowledge and resources. As a cyber-resource centre, it offers you easy access to timely and useful resources on corruption prevention, such as corruption prevention guides and tools (with a built-in search function), case studies, quick tips as well as red flags.
