Re: Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance - Revised Annex D of the Guidelines on Sales Brochure and Practice Note on Sales Brochure

The Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority (“SRPA”) issued a revised Annex D of the Guidelines on Sales Brochure (G01/13) and Practice Note on Sales Brochure (PN01/13) today. The revised Annex D substitutes the August 2023 version and takes effect on 16 December 2024.

Licensees are advised to visit the SRPA website (www.srpa.gov.hk) and read the revised Annex D of the Guidelines on Sales Brochure and Practice Note on Sales Brochure.
