Re: New Reminder issued by the Sale of First-hand Residential Properties Authority on 12 March 2025

The Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority (“SRPA”) issued a new Reminder for the Trade on 12 March 2025, which is about the relevant requirements of the Residential Properties (First-hand sales) Ordinance in relation to the new requirement on making available appropriate space in specified buildings for installation of mobile communications facilities as a result of the Telecommunications (Amendment) Ordinance 2024.

Licensees are advised to visit the SRPA’s website (www.srpa.gov.hk) and read the Reminder for the Trade.
