Re: New Reminder issued by the Sale of First-hand Residential Properties Authorities

The Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority (“SRPA”) issued a Reminder to the Trade on ‘Estimated material date for a development/phase’ and ‘Change of place where specified residential properties are offered to be sold’ on 9 July 2024.

Licensees are advised to visit the SRPA’s website (www.srpa.gov.hk) and read the Reminders to the Trade.
