Re: New Practice Note issued by the Sale of First-hand Residential Properties Authority

The Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority (“SRPA”) has issued a new “Practice Note on disclosure of relationship between vendor and the manager appointed under the deed of mutual covenant” on 4 September 2024.

Licensees are advised to visit the SRPA’s website to read the new Practice Note and the relevant Reminder for the Trade.
