10. Deferred Income
Deferred income represents licence fees received from
estate agents for a validity period, which are deferred
according to the EAA’s income recognition policy.
11. Licence Application Fees Received
These represent amounts paid by estate agents applying
for the licences which were still being processed but not
yet approved at the end of the reporting period.

遞延收入乃指地產代理為牌照有
效期繳交之牌照費,按監管局的
收入確認政策作遞延處理。

已收牌照申請款項
該等款項乃指地產代理連同牌照
申請一併繳交之款項,其牌照申
請並於結算日仍在處理中。
