To monitor trade and community response to the
EAA regulations and policies and, on such basis,
recommend appropriate actions to the Board and/
or the standing committees for consideration.
9.
To perform such other tasks as the Board may
from time to time delegate.
10. To obtain legal and/or expert advice or service
relating to the exercise of the Committee’s
functions and powers as and when the Committee
considers necessary.
