| Skills Upgrading Scheme courses commenced
Courses for estate agents under the Skills Upgrading Scheme of the Education and Manpower Bureau were launched in May 2003, and information on programmes available may now be obtained by browsing the SUS Website(www.info.gov.hk/emb). The EAA encourages licensees to avail themselves of these training opportunities which have been created to enhance their professional skills. The picture below shows a course on effective communication in session.
