Substantiated Cases
Among the 1,354 cases completed during the reported period, 1,197 cases were identified for formal investigation. Of these 145 cases were subsequently mediated or withdrawn. 62% of non-compliance cases and 25% of complaint cases, after investigation, were found to be fully or partially substantiated.
