Schedule for qualifying examinations
Starting from this year, the Estate Agents Qualifying Examinations (EAQEs) are to be held four times a year, instead of three times a year. Salespersons Qualifying Examinations (SQEs) will also be held four times a year. To accommodate those who wish to take both the EAQE and SQE, the two types of examinations will be held in the same month (March, June, September, December) but on different dates. This means there will be a total of eight qualifying examinations (four EAQEs and four SQEs) a year.

.21 June 2007 (Thursday)

The handbook may also be purchased at the EAA office for $30.
Prospective candidates may also find the Inquiry Hearing Cases – A Selection II and the six monographs on major issues of estate agency practice useful (for details, please refer to the article on page 1).
