The certificate of incorporation on change of name memorial number TW700567 has been registered against the "Owner Particulars" section of the land register. This shows that the owner company's name has been changed from E Limited to New Centre Limited. Further, by the memorandum on change of building name memorial number TW902859, the name of the building has been changed from New Centre to Good Cab Tower.

Letter of compliance memorial number TW228482
A letter or certificate of compliance certifies that a landowner has complied with the terms of the government grant (in this case, new grant no. 5000). The result of its issue is to invoke Section 14 of the Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap.219) so that the equitable interest of the owner in the property under the government grant is converted into a legal estate.
A certificate of compliance is therefore an important title document since it constitutes evidence that the owner holds a legal estate in land. It should be produced by the vendor where the vendor has agreed to convey a legal estate in the property.
In some situations (for example, where government has not issued a certificate of compliance), if a vendor is only able to convey an equitable interest instead of a legal estate in the property, relevant provisions to that effect should be inserted in the provisional agreement for sale and purchase to avoid future dispute.

As a car park lay-out plan is usually registered pursuant to the conditions of the government grant, any approved amendment to the location of car parking spaces should also be registered in the Land Registry to prove that the conditions of the government grant have been complied with.

This restraint order was made pursuant to Section 15 of the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance (Cap.455) and has the effect of prohibiting anyone from dealing with the property before it is discharged subject to such conditions and exceptions as may be specified in the order.
Under Section 15(7) of the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance, where the Court of First Instance has made a restraint order, it may at any time appoint a receiver to take possession of any realisable property subject to the order and to manage or otherwise deal with the property.
In light of these orders, the owner may not deal with the property freely and prospective purchasers should seek legal advice before entering into any agreement for sale and purchase of such property.
