To get an idea of the types of questions to be expected in the qualifying examinations, you may attempt the mock examinations provided below:
- Standard Mock Exam
To introduce candidates to the actual examination experience, the standard mock examinations provided below are close to the actual format of qualifying examinations.
Estate Agents Qualifying Examination (EAQE)
(i) Part I (30 stand-alone questions)
(ii) Part II (20 questions based on a case study)
Salespersons Qualifying Examination (SQE)
(i) Part I (40 stand-alone questions)
(ii) Part II (10 questions based on a case study)
You have to answer a question in order to proceed to the next one. At the end of each part of the mock examination, you may review the questions and find out the correct answers against the answers you have given.

- Mini Mock Exam
The mini mock examinations provided below are short quizzes modelling on the standalone questions in the EAQE and SQE.
(i) Estate Agents Qualifying Examination (EAQE)
(15 stand-alone questions in three levels)
(ii) Salespersons Qualifying Examination (SQE)
(15 stand-alone questions in three levels)
Each mini mock exam is divided into 3 levels of difficulty with 5 randomly selected questions for each level. You have to answer a question in order to proceed to the next one. You must answer at least 4 out of 5 questions correctly in a level in order to proceed to the next level.
