Upcoming EAA’s CPD Activities

  • For the new arrangement of the recorded video sessions, starting from 1 January 2022, the EAA will no longer notify the upcoming class schedule individually to the licensees with conditions on attaining certain CPD points (hereinafter referred to as "relevant licensees"). The relevant licensees are required to register the recorded video sessions by themselves via e-Services or by fax. No seats will not be reserved for them by the EAA but priority would be given to them in case of overbooking. Licensees can refer to the webpage of Upcoming EAA’s CPD Activities for the class schedule. (15 December 2021)
  • The Estate Agents Authority has decided to include "Webinar/ Online Training Class*" as a new learning mode under the CPD Scheme with effective from 8 February 2021. Generally, one CPD point will be awarded for each hour of recognised "Webinar/ Online Training Class" undertaken. For the upcoming CPD activities, please refers to the list as below.
  • *Remarks: For licensees whose licences have been attached with a condition requiring them to attend and complete activities under the EAA CPD Scheme “Compliance and Effective Management” category by way of seminars or lectures only and thereby acquire a certain number of CPD points within a certain period of time (“CPD Condition”), please note that the CPD points acquired from ALL the Webinars/Online Training Classes will NOT be counted as fulfilling the above CPD Condition.
