完成課堂的參加者能對監管局制定的操守守則及發出的執業通告有基礎認識，並了解違反有關規定的後果。
此課堂為「地產代理監管局實務證書」課程之一 (詳情請按此) 課程為二年循環制，每循環為期約六個月，方便持牌人安排時間上課 (持牌人可從二年循環制的十個課堂當中自由選擇任何一堂開始參與，惟必須於出席全個課程的第一堂起計兩年內完成全部十個課堂) |
