	EAA Directors held a number of seminars on estate agency law and practice issues in March and April this year. Director of Regulatory Affairs and General Counsel Mr Pius Cheng spoke on "Conveyancing Law" and "Tenancy Law"; Director of Operations Ms Shirley Chua spoke on "Agency Law"; Director of Services Ms Ruby Hon spoke on "Interpretation of Land Search".
